1. Overview
Insydr Hub is a marketplace that connects job seekers with verified tech professionals for paid career guidance sessions. By using our platform you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
3. Bookings and payments
When you book a session, you agree to pay the listed price. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A 15% platform fee is included in the session price. Refunds for cancellations are handled according to our cancellation policy.
4. Advisor guidelines
Advisors provide independent career guidance based on their personal experience. Advisors must not share confidential or proprietary information from their employers. Opinions expressed during sessions are the advisor's own and do not represent their current or former employers.
5. Cancellations
Sessions can be cancelled before the scheduled time. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made. For disputes, contact us at support@insydrhub.com.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, harass other users, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or attempt to circumvent platform fees by arranging sessions outside the platform.
7. Limitation of liability
Insydr Hub facilitates connections between seekers and advisors but does not guarantee specific career outcomes. We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of advice provided during sessions.
